As a family of four from the bustling city of New York, we recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel in Buxton during our vacation in the UK. the location of the hotel was perfect for us, with a playpark nearby that kept our kids entertained for hours. It was also a bonus to discover a fantastic Japanese restaurant just a short walk away, where we indulged in some delicious sushi. One of the standout features of our stay was the warm and attentive hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. When we experienced a blown fuse in our room, they were quick to respond and personally checked in to make sure everything was back in working order. Their quick action in arranging for an engineer to double-check the issue the same day truly impressed us. Our family found the hotel to be a great value for the price, with cozy beds that provided a good night's sleep after a day of exploring Buxton. the easy walk into the town center, past the Lego cafe, was a delightful surprise and added to the overall appeal of the location. Overall, our family had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Buxton. the family-friendly amenities and activities, along with the exceptional service provided by the hosts, made our stay memorable.
